• Conduct rig survey prior to mobilization of mud materials and personnel

• Provide field services according to drilling and mud program

• Full mud check and mud properties maintenance

• Operational trouble shooting in the field, including lost circulation, bit balling, stuck pipe, etc.

• Manage mud materials inventory in an economical way in the field

• Daily mud report writing

• Project execution summary and recap documentation

• HSE related jobs in the field

• Bachelor degree or above with applied chemistry background

• Preferred working experience in water-based mud, oil-based mud, onshore & offshore, shale gas wells, HPHT wells, lump sum or day rate projects

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to translate complex issues into simple understanding

• Strong analytical skills

• Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support

• Evaluation of existing and new technologies in the drilling fluids industry

• Participation in testing materials and providing meaningful data to the marketing team and applications team

• Experimentation on the bench with conventional and/or non-conventional/ creative approaches that will lead to unique product claims and benefits

• Drilling Fluids formulation optimization, guided and supervised by lab manager

• Development of new test methods taking into consideration current market trends and competitor claim substantiation

• Calibration and upkeep of all laboratory instruments

• Ordering of chemical samples and keep up to date necessary documentation

• Documentation Organizes and analyzes data

• Maintenance of neat and accurate laboratory notebooks and data logs

• Prepare detailed summaries of lab experiments with key findings for documentation and communication to project team

• College degree or above, at least 2 years working experience with chemistry background

• Internship applications from junior or senior students are acceptable

• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Refined presentation and communication skills - written and oral, self motivated and detail oriented

• Well organized, able to work under stress

• Complete understanding and adherence to safety, health, and environmental rules and regulations

• Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in offices and in the field

• Prepare marketing plans and schedules to identify specific targets and establish sales goals

• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity

• Bachelor's degree required with marketing or chemistry background

• Minimum 3years's experience in Sales, Technology or Supply Chain

• Proven ability to work through all stages of a project - from developing project objectives, executing and reporting data in a clear and concise manner
